Fonefix is an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), servicing the full suite of Apple products under official global processes, the work is performed by fully certified Apple technicians. In order for your repair to be covered under warranty, it must be within the Apple warranty period, and must not have suffered any physical or liquid damage, or non-authorised modifications which may result in the warranty being voided.
If you would like to proceed with this option you can create an account and go through the checkout process, entering brief details of the fault in the Notes section. You will have an option to send the device to us at your cost, or if you prefer you can pay $10 for us to send you out a return courier bag. Alternatively you can bring the device directly into our service centre in Auckland, or return it to us via the authorised Apple retailer you purchased it from.
Once we receive the device we will assess it for warranty purposes, and assuming the warranty is validated, we may perform a minor repair on it, or send it to an advanced Apple Repair Centre who will make a decision on the best repair solution for your device, this decision is based on the specific product and the available repair options for it.
If the warranty is not validated we may be able to offer you an out of warranty quoted option, we will communicate the details to you via email. If you decline this option we will either return the device to you or recycle it according to your preference, a service assessment fee will apply.
Please note that the data on your device may be wiped during the repair process, so we strongly recommend making a backup of your data (if possible), before sending it to us.
