Diagnosis/assessment of your product is normally completed within 1-2 business days of the booking being made, this may depend on the complexity and nature of the fault.
If a quotation is required for an out-of-warranty repair, this will be emailed to you for your approval.
If replacement parts or units are required, they are ordered in, typically arriving within 1-2 business days. Typically, iPod servicing provides a “swap” solution as opposed to specific replacement of individual parts.
If your device is outside it’s warranty period and the battery has failed or is not performing as you would like it to, Apple provides a lower-priced swap solution specifically for battery-only issues.
The process is then normally completed on-site within 1 business day of the replacement unit or parts arriving, and we then contact you for pickup or can also arrange courier delivery if necessary.
