The way Apple Watch servicing works is that your watch’s fault is first diagnosed using both physical inspections and specific Apple diagnosis software. This diagnosis/assessment is normally completed within 1-2 business days of the booking being made, this may depend on the complexity and nature of the fault.
If a quotation is required for an out-of-warranty repair, this will be emailed to you for your approval.
If replacement parts are required, they are ordered in, typically arriving within 1-2 business days. In most cases Apple watch servicing provides a “swap” solution as opposed to specific replacement of individual parts.
The repair is then normally completed on-site within 1 business day of the replacement unit or parts arriving, and we then contact you for pickup or can also arrange courier delivery if necessary.
